Apartment Review for Stratford Chase Townhomes

I have been extremely happy at Stratford Chase. The management there now is the best they have ever had. The landscaping is awesome and they are very much resident advocates rather than totally owner advocates. I have friends who moved into Fieldstone Trace and Polaris Pointe because they were a little cheaper but they deeply regret that now. They have seen how nice it is here and how great the management treats everyone. The maintenance staff is the best of any apartment complex I have ever lived in. Very rarely can hear my neighbors but I do recognize that this is apartment living. If you don't expect that then you are just fooling yourself. Go get a house! I have lived here for 3 years and have been extremely happy. I will continue to live here until I get a house. The manager who is there now and has been here for about a year is great!! Always willing to help out the residents. One of my neighbors who is an older couple had a problem with their garage door and the manager had it fixed instantly. <P>
Stratford Chase is the best place to call home in Westerville!!!! <P>
