Apartment Reviews for The Villa's At Little Turtle - Westerville

I have lived here for a years now and I love it. The office staff is great and the property manager is so pleasant with me over the phone and when I stop in the office. I feel important. Actually she is the reason why I rented. The apartment is great and all, but here kindness is what sealed the deal The maint. staff is wonderful. I have never had a problem getting things done The buildings need a serious paint job, but I heard that is happening next month. Parking is a problem, but you get a free garage. My apartmet is big and they even allowed me to paint (colors). I plan to be here for a long time <P>

Overall the Villas at Little Turtle is an excellent place to live. It's right on the Little Turtle Country Club golf course so many of the views from your apartment are stunning. The staff are awesome. You are a real person here, not just a rent check or a number. They know your name, the treat you with kindness and helpfulness and professionalism. The maint. team are awesome, very responsive, very helpful and will even go above and beyond the call of duty by installing ceiling fans and light fixtures that you purchase (dependent on if it can be done in your particular apartment). The grounds are nice but they really need a professional landscaping overhaul for many of the garden areas infront of the apartments. They even have a closed in dog park on the premises so it's easy to run your dog. You get a garage to park one of your cars with a garage door opener which is cool but parking spaces can be limited especially on the weekends. They allow you to paint your apartment any color paint you choose, you just have to buy the paint and if you get it to them before the apartment you are leasing has been painted the painters will paint it using your custom paint choices. The overall outside appearance is OK...it needs a serious overall but it's not quite at the "dump" stage in looks yet. The floor model of the apartments are great and with some of their new choices they are providing you can get some things in the apartments upgraded for free or a nominal rent increase. We've lived here for 5 years and it's a great place to live. <P>

I'd live here forever if my nieghbor would quiet down!
Complaints: can hear everything thru walls and ceilings (next door neighbor loud music shakes the plates on my dining room wall) (rental office and corp office AIMCO has yet to resolve after several complaints via phone and emails), many large dog owners not cleaning up after their pets, parking is horrible- so don't work a late shift or you'll need to park a few buildings down

Perks: THE MAINTENANCE MEN ARE WONDERFUL-LIFE SAVERS- helped me when a woman tried to steal my car! if my neighbor is out partying it's quiet, location is on the golf course, has a large fenced doggie run area, my one bedroom apartment has a large bathroom with a wonderful tub, large bedroom and walk-in closet is wonderfully large, actual wood cabinet and closet doors- feels homey.
