I moved into Beechmont Towers in Septebmer 2010, while finishing graduate school. I lived there for two years before moving to another location on the East Side after getting my career started. The one bedroom was big enough for myself and a couple of guests. It's in a great location (walking distance to Eton Place, a mile from Heinen's, next to Whole Foods, etc.) and in a highly visible area. I never had one problem while living there. Jeannie and her staff are prompt, courteous, and flexible. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues that one might have. Rent and utilities were very very reasonable. There's no fitness center in the building, but there is one right across the parking lot. It's also a short drive to Bally's or Lifetime Fitness. If you are OK with not having the extra frills, this place is a great home to get your career started.

I'm not sure why the other two reviews are so negative. My boyfriend and I moved into Beechmont Towers back in October and we haven't had any major problems so far. Hallway litter? I've never seen any. Jeanie and the other office ladies have always been nice to us, as has most of the maintenance. Yes it sometimes takes a long time for them to fix things, but they own three complexes around here and I'm pretty sure they fix things based on the urgency. Recently, one of the ladies in the office called us to ask if everything is going alright and if we are satisfied. If I had one complaint, it's that some residents will leave their laundry in the facilities for long periods of time.
There are a variety of ages that live here (my boyfriend and I are mid-20s). I've seen families, young singles, and seniors. Everyone is nice and polite, we're close to the highway, and it's fairly quiet. I'd say this is quite a steal being so close to Beachwood, but with a reasonable price.
