Review for Summit Place Apartments

I have now lived in Summit Place for 7 months. I couldn't be any happier. The condition of my apartment was almost like new when I moved in and things have gone very smoothly since. My dishwasher did break, but the owners installed a new one within 2 days of when I notified them. I have had a minor fix to the toilet and they responded quickly to that as well. Overall, I feel like I could not ask for much more. I have a seven year old son and they have just installed a basketball hoop which my son loves. They even set it low enough that the little kids can shoot on it. They recently painted/repaired the driveway and numbered the parking spaces and so that is very nice as well. The trash containers do fill up quickly, but they are emptied on a regular basis so it is never too bad. The best part about this place is that you can get a great 2 bedroom apartment (2 floors!) for only $525/month. It is really a great bargain in my opinion. I would invite others to come here as well.
