Review for Lexington Commons Apartments

I agree with the previous reviewer -- in 2004!! Haved lived here almost 2 years. 8 months or so ago (Fall of 2004), Maxus Properties in Wichita, KS (Owning entity) decided to replace all the office staff here. Since then, everything has gone seriously down hill. Maintenance staff - partially incompetent, partially lacking the budget to make any repairs. Front office: discourteous, totally unconcerned - worthless. Grounds are suffering; buildings are suffering. Went from being a pretty nice place to HELL in less than a year. Cannot wait for our lease to be up!!! (May even eat the cost and move early!!)
