IT ACTUALLY SHOULD BE NO STAR. BLACK MOLD THROUGHOUT, MOSTLY IN BASEMENT. DRUGS, DRUNKS, FIGHTS, NOT SAFE AT ALL, SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.
