Review for Fox Valley Apartments

On very short notice I had to find an apartment. This was the only one available. In the past ten months there has been 2 different shootings, one outside my apartment. Right now there are blood drops outside my apartment that they will not clean up. My apartment is in horrible condition. The carpet is a nasty brown marble color. The stove was once beige and has been painted white, just like the tub and bathroom sink. Someone decided to regrout the tiles in the bathroom and didnt clean the mold off first. Now the mold will never come off. Trust me I tried. The management is also a joke. After i signed my lease the manager kept telling me that I didnt sign it, and if I couldnt find it that i would have to pay about $50 more a month. Run away very fast!!!!! Do not move here no matter how desperate you are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
