Review for The Legacy At Riverview Apartments

I moved in last year because of covered parking and relatively cheap rent. After several months, the covered parking was gone. They start to do construction to the buildings. It is a nightmare to live here! 1. My car window was smashed once for no reason. Two of my other friends' cars got broken into. 2. They did nothing about my car window, but when the year sticker on my car plate was stolen, they threaten to tow my car. 3. My food disposer never works. And I have asked the leasing office to fix it three times. It still does not work. 4. Because of the construction, there are nails everywhere in the complex. Everybody seems to have got a flat tire. 5. Maybe because the construction takes off the roof and the cover of the wall, or just the appliance in the apt is so old, I have been paying over $150 for electricity in winter, while I keep the temperature below 70. 6. Not to mention the noises everyday, and the plastic wrap that covers up the whole window in my bedroom. 7. With the things mentioned above, do you think we have responsible office staff?

Even if they are done with the construction, it is still not a good idea to live here.
