Review for The Legacy At Riverview Apartments

Since I moved here, here are something happened: 1. The covered parking place was gone in Oct 2005. 2. They are doing construction, so noise is my daily life. 3. I paid over $270.00 for my one-bedroom apartment for the last two month, and I am confident that that is because of their construction. The roof and the insulation of this building was damaged, so more electricity has been used to keep the room warm, even though I set the temperature as low as about 65F. 4. I got a flat tire once because of some nails from the construction. 5. I got a wet floor for some kind of water damage, and that continued for more than half a month to have someone help me. 6. I was asked to move to another apt in this complex, but the first time they assigned me an apartment with four holes on the wall!!! 7. Most important, their staff are not trustable and nice to us. 8. Based on above comments, what do you think? Come here to begin a nightmare or have a better life at somewhere else?
