Review for Monaco Park Apartments

the electic bills are ridicolously high. We used blankets in the winter and opened the doors in the summer and the bill was still over 180.00 each month. no washer and dryer connections so you have to use the laundry and dont even think about leaving your clothes alone there cause people will steal them. the office staff is a joke. they just sit around and talk about the other tennants in front of other people and tell them about there personal business. if you need to break your lease for any reason, forget it. they still make you it all plus electric and water, even if you dont live there. the office staff also lies to the tennants and tells them things the Leinbach company wont do but if you call Leinbach company the say they will do. its a total freakin nightmare. do move here ever. worst experience of my life
