Review for Kristie Manor (North & South) Apartments

Tinker AFB issued a bulletin to all airman to avoid renting at Kristie Manor (North & South) because of criminal activity around the complex and service member's complaint to the commanding officer. There were 9 incident in one period where children of service member were bitten by rats, 12 incident of chemical burn from additives wrongly pour into the the pool to clean, 27 break-ins, 3 stolen cars, and 2 flooded apartment where airmen were not compensated. Although the complex is conveniently located across the street from Tinker AFB we are not recommending our service member and families to rent from Kristie Manor (North & South).
