Review for The Gardens At Duncan Apartments

This apartment complex looks nice it appears gated but, it's never shut. The apartment staff changes weekly and their statement of "We'll we will have to send a request to corporate." Is just a quick excuse to keep from having to handle the situation at hand. I've complained twice of having roaches and noone has been out to take care of them. I've complained that there is a huge crack in my door between the door and frame and noone has been out to check it. They are prompt on depositing the rent and by the third day of the month if your money isn't in they are quick to put a notice of eviction on your door. I hope that you don't consider these apartments and I hope that you stay far far away.
