Apartment Review for Gardens At Duncan

I have lived at the Gardens at Duncan for three years and I wish I had moved here sooner. The staff is great to address the issues that need attention and if maintenance is out on property and sees me trying to unload groceries seeing that I am 67 years old and live on the back side of the building, he will run to help me.

I am appauld at the ratings that I seen when I came on here to post a review for this complex. There are rules that must be followed here and apparently from previous reviews "Someone does not like abiding by the rules." These rules are what makes this place a quiet place to live and I would highly recommend the Gardens at Duncan to anyone who will qualify to live here. I am certainly glad I found this complex.
