Review for Parkwood Apartments

These apartments are a joke. They are cracker boxes with holes in the walls, non working appliances, unlevel flooring, dips in the floor, which is scary if you are on the upper level. You can call and call and call to get things fixed, but the landlord could care less. The landlord is also a thief, don't expect to get your deposit back, even if the place looks better when you leave (because you actually clean) or not, they will keep it. The landlord owns lots of rentals in town, so beware, they are known to steal money and not fixing the things that need to be fixed. These apts are the slums!!! 6 month leases
