Review for Briarwood Apartments

Safety is good,parking good,appearance needs work,maintenance needs to do repairs in many apartments. Condition of apartment is horrible.Excess amounts of roaches and ants,not being taken care of by complex,but are aware of it. Toliet and sink leaking. Doors need to be repair on hinges. Floor needs repair from torn and seperated linoleum. The really terrible thing that I saw when I visited my daughters apartment was the roaches. She has kids and that is unclean.
