Review for Legacy Woods Apartments

1. Air Conditioning- In Oklahoma it can get very hot (well over 100 degrees) however, their air conditioners are not rated for anything over 90. Therefore in July it is miserable. 2. They will charge you for supposedly leaving trash out on the balcony (despite the fact that it was your neighbors) and will not tell you that they are charging you until they send you a letter saying that if you don't pay your $25 they will be seeking legal action. 3. Our first rent check, we accidentally wrote it for 2 dollars under, we were then sent a letter saying that if we didn't pay it that day... we would be charged an 80 dollar late fee. 4. Packages- if someone is there to let you pick it up that is a miractle- however we had a large package delivered and the apartment complex never let us know until 2 weeks later when they called and said very angrily that we needed to pick it up today or we were going to be fined. 5. Smoke Dectector batteries- you need to replace them every month because they suck the life out of them. The apartment won't pay for them and will not replace your detector. Can't leave it without a battery because there is a loud chirping.
