Apartment Reviews for University Park Apartments - Edmond

I have lived here for a couple of months and I love it! I have new carpet, 2 ceiling fans, my apartment was clean, and even got new appliances. I heard the manager evicted a lot of trashy people right before I came, I havent had any issues, they recently redid the parking lot and I love the neighbors, best of all I can walk to school. I havent had anything break yet so I am not sure how the maintenance is yet. I even referred one of my friends, she likes it because it is a large apt. and cheap rent.
