Apartment Reviews for Concord Apartments - Midwest City

I couldn't decide whether I wanted to finally buy a house or move to another apartment closer to my job...since my employer built a new building further away. So, I decided to search reviews for apartments. And saw the ratings for these apartments. I couldn't believe it. I love these apartments. I've been living here going on about 9 years. I haven't had alot of problems. Only minor ones. And the maintenance guys were always quick to repair them...like that day. The up keep of these apartments are great. The safety is great. It's well lit. I recently had to call security at 12:30 a.m. only because I saw some kids walking the complex. I didn't know if they were up to no good. And he (security) was out there right away looking around. The apartment manager is great! I've never had a problem with her. But, then again I've never given her a problem. There's only been a few times that I couldn't get a hold of her in the office. But, i've only had to wait a few minutes because she was out showing apartments. And one time there was a medical emergency. There's many of us who have lived here for years. And I am sure it's for the things I have stated in my review. I think I will go ahead and stay right here...the extra 10 minute drive isn't so bad.

I was looking for an apt.recently for my daughter and decided to look @ the reviews of our complex. Truthfully if you are going to break the rules (like hanging out on the balcony smoking weed)or doing anything that is in violation of the lease this is not the place for you! The manager here is also just fine. She works hard. She has also always been nothing but polite and courteous to me. I always see her walking the gounds. I pay my rent on time and only call the office if I need a repair or something like that. I am a business professional and that is how the manager here runs the place....like a business. She can't be your buddy. She has a big job on her hands. I can only compare these apartments to the 2 other complexes where I have lived and those are The Brittany OKC and Dutch Hollow Norman. The grounds are always kept well the pkg lot has recently been resurfaced. The buildings have been re-painted, apts updated etc. So if you're looking for a place whre the management 'looks the other way" when you don't hold up your end of the contract this is not the place for you. I have lived @ Concord for 8 years and have had no problems whatsoever. I am 5 minutes from Tinker AFB where I work. It's great!

This place is not to bad. The only thing I would change is the manager. She is never in her office and she has a very bad attitude. We needed something fixed and nothing got done until we called a few times. You will see the manager at home so if you need to talk to her dont bother going to the office, just swing by her apartment since she is to lazy to work.

It's just an ok place...nothing special, but not a dump. I am a quiet single professional who never asks for anything, pay my rent early, never make noise or problems of any kind. The manager is a bleached-blond woman with a BAD attitude. She acts as if she is dealing with trouble-making trash, no matter who she is working with. The UPS man was making a delivery one day, and said she is the worst manager he has ever had to deal with. I hate the rude notes she is always putting on everyone's doors...usually about her latest gripes, and including about 12 exclamation marks after everything she says. <P>
