Apartment Review for Orchard Springs Apartments

This complex is the worst complex is the worst complex i have ever lived in. There has been 2 murders here in the last year. Our car windows have been shot out. There has been numerous vandalism acts including our tenants possesions, gang spray painting on the wall. I did not know when I moved in that this was an area that the gangs were fighting over. The neighborhood in back of the complex is home to the bloods. Last year they arrested 2 of Oklahoma Most wanted in the area behind the complex. You see the gangs want this complex and so do the managemanent of Orchard Springs neither one of them care of you are hurt as long as they make a buck. You have to watch the management. They try to rip you off, also. DONT MOVE HERE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR OWN LIFE
