Apartment Review for South Winds Apartments

I'm noticing a change going on. They had a party for the kids on Halloween, which they have never done before. And i saw a sign on the door of the office saying they are collecting toys for the toy drive that the fire department does for christmas. I asked about it and they said they are going to send us some flyers about it so we can donate. Connie is not bad, I don't see what people are saying or why. There is a new girl there too. Oh, and we got flyers on resident referrals. I asked about the prices for rents, they are higher than what we are paying, but they told me its because they updated the apartments, the ones that are available to move into. I am thinking on moving out of mine into one of the newer ones, even though its a little more than what i am paying.
