Review for Port At The Trails Apartments

Overall this was a fine place to live and relatively cheap. The only problems I had were as follows:

1) The units are tiny, so I wouldn't recommend this to any couples or familys. Even their two-bedrooms are really too small.

2) The manager of the properties is a real redneck hick who has started letting all her trashy friends move into the complex. I spoke with many residents who said the place was REALLY nice before she took over. Now its full of hicks, rednecks, and all sorts of trashy people. The manager will let her whole family over to swim in the pool EVERY DAY! It was impossible to actually use the pool because it was filled with about four teenage boys. Her eldest boy was only 16 but she let all of them drink beer and smoke ciggarettes while they were there. It was disgusting and they were the rudest and most vile little brats I have ever seen.

Other than that, its not a bad place, so long as you can avoid the management. The view of the golf course is lovely, and the creek is really cool too. If you are lucky to get a unit with the porthole window or the skylight, you will enjoy those as well.

I have been moved out for three months now, and I still haven't gotten back any of my security deposit yet.
