Apartment Review for Cottonwood Ridge Condominiums

I don't know about the Homeowner's Association but I had a really bad experience with my owner. I rented a condo there for a while and had really really bad experience. Maintenance issues are never taken care of properly in time. My owner assumed that I was responsible for fixing everything and never got back to me in time. Insulation is the worst! The AC system makes a huge noise all the time. I did not sleep for nights and nights. And finally I had to find a way to reduce the noise myself because even though he sent a technician, the system is so old that they could not fix it and said that they had to change the unit, but he did not want to do that, so I had to suffer! Drainage system is very very bad and I fixed it myself. Never got to use the dishwasher because of the "bad drainage." Had numerous leaks and suffered for a long time due to those!
He had said he would charge minimum amount from the deposit but charged a huge chunk just for carpet cleaning!
