I moved in to a 2 Bdrm in Feb 2011, Lisa was the Manager at that time and she wouldnt have the mant Man fix anything at the time There was nothing but problems at this complex, Then I think it was March Lisa was replaced By a Guy name Sid, I think the complex was sold, anyway Sid took charge and got all the bad people out and a new maint man, everthing got fixed and the out side is in the proces of being updated units are being completly redone with new fixtures, carpet and paint, they are now replacing the roofs and Air conditioners, Sid and the Maint men seem to realy care and fix any issues right a way, Sid is willing to work with you if have a problems with paying the rent,I just love it here now and the new team of Maint men realy care and the new Manager Sid Rocks and he realy cares, great place to live....

I live at Dutch hollow and love it myself, Sid is awsome and is always there willing to have a conversation about anything is always the first person to lend a hand,The tenant next to me was having a big problem where her and the 3 kids had nothing to eat, I think her husband left or something anyway after mentioning this to sid hes said that he would never let one of his tenants go hungry he asked me to go with him to the store and let me tell younhe spent over $200 of his own money on grocerys and diapers, and rether then inbassing her he gave her the groc and said her unit won them God has special people in this world and Sid is one of them a manager that realy cares I have seen it first hand,
