We have lived here for a while and yes there has been a huge transformation of the property since the new owner and managment have taken over.This is a nice quiet place to live,some where where you can feel safe alone or with your children.ANd yes I have seen some of the places they have redone beautiful counter tops and floors they really have this place looking great! I also highly recomend it here :)

yea right i've had 3 people try to break into my car and apartment and its NOT SAFE there has been lots of cops here
I live at Dutch hollow and love it myself, Sid is awesome and is always there willing to have a conversation about anything he is always the first person to lend a hand, The tenant next to me was having a big problem where her and the 3 kids had nothing to eat, I think her husband left or something anyway after mentioning this to Sid he said that he would never let one of his tenants go hungry he asked me to go with him to the store and let me tell you he spent over $200 of his own money on groceries and diapers, and rather then embarrassing her he gave her the groceries and said her unit won them God has special people in this world and Sid is one of them a manager that really does cares I have seen it first hand Sid has taken control of this complex and has worked hard and has cleaned it up there is no more drug activity he has I guess evicted all the bad people, The complex is quiet and safe, Sid is always out in the complex talking with all us residents making sure nothing is wrong or if we need anything, The complex has changed allot its safe and quiet and this is why I give this place 5 stars
Yep all lies I wrote this post because they gave me 25off rent!!! Don't rent here it is not safe and Sid is a fake pile of crap!unless you have sex with him that's what I have herd! Don't be fooled he seems nice but he isn't, he is a slimy bastard! And the owner is a cheap ass!
