Great Place to Live The Manager is Great Also...

I have lived her for a few months, When I moved in the Manager Sid was great he walked us both through the approval and lease proces and he offerd month to month or a 6 moth lease an 1yr lease he was fair and straight forward and explaind everything, we signed a 6 month lease and have exsteded it to a full year lease, Sid has always been there if there was any problem and acted acordingly, The Murder that took place was a family affair it was not a security issue eventhough Sid acted to it and worked with the police, Sid has cleand up this complex so much its unbeleaveable its clean, quiet and safe, My husband and Children and myself love it here and will continue to live here for as long as we can we realy do love it here and Sid id great, let me tell you we were a little short on rent a few moths ago and Sid was great we went in and spoke to him about it and he was more then willing to work with us, and never made us feel like we couldnt come in to speak with him about a problem he was very understanding and willing to go that extra mile to work with us, mant man cares and Sid always follows up behind him I guess to make sure everything is done right so im not sure where the other review I read came from but would say to that other person maybe dont sign a long lease unless you intend to full fill the length of time and im sure if you go in and talk to Sid he will work with you and I live at dutch hollow currently and have always known Sid to always be truthfull and a carring person that will go the extra mile to help, so I would recomend Dutch Hollow and absolutey recomend Sid as a manager he is the Best.....

I also live at Dutch and agree 100% the place is undergoing alot of changed and upgrdes and Sid is the best MGR and has realy taken control of this place and is realy cleaning it up, Thanks Sid!!!! and keep up the great work........
Nice touch Sid! All the positive comments were written by employees and owners of Dutch hell! These apartments are full of black mold!
Not mildew like they try to say!the manager Sid is a liar and thief and a ppervert! He carriers a pair Oh handcuffs around and tries and threatens to use them on residents! He exchanged sex for rent! He is always high on pain pills! His fag son walks around giving everyone dirty looks. The owner is a douche bag and calls the residents names when he is nothing but a slum lord!the cockroaches like it there though! The murder was not cleaned properly and they painted over blood! The contractors are drunk all the time and sexually harass women! I quit this nasty job because these people are scum and paid me nothing that's why I even wrote a fake positive.feedback. to get 25$ off rent!you won't be happy there nobody is and they all hate Sid because truthfully he is a crook and a slime ball
