My name is Tina and I used to live at Dutch Hollow apartments I moved out just this last Feb, a friend of mine told me about the reviews for dutch hollow, Im the person that Syd the manager helped out,I felt compelled to right a reviev after my friend told me what was being said, first off I have never had sex with Syd or anyone els at Dutch hollow, Syd is a great guy who really cares about his residents, my husband left me for another women after being married for a little over 10 years we have 3 children, when my husband left he took everything out of our accounts and left the children and I with nothing,I was not only having trouble paying the rent but was having trouble feeding my children, my friend next door was helpping me and must have said something to Syd he inturn went to the store and bought dipars and a larg amount of food and I was very great full and thought is was funny when Syd said I won it, and in NO WAY did I ever have sex with him no did he ever try to make a pass at me, Syd is a very kind man and I have seen him do this for others he really cares about his residents, The apartment was nice and when asked things got fixed I simply couldnt aford it any longer or I would still be there, all these LIES stim fro a grounds keeper that was fired by Syd and is just trying to make Dutch Hollow and Syd look bad , again Syd is a very Kind man and has helpped more then just me he has helpped many of his residents and would do anything to help them, Syd is a great manager and if needed I would have no problem leaving my children with him, I have never herd Syd being inapropreat with any of the residents at all he is very open and willing to discuss what ever and is always willing to lend a helpping hand, So again this all stims from an employee that was not doing his job and he was fired and now is trying to make DUTCH HOLLOW and Syd look bad it is a great place to live and Syd is great also, Thank You Syd for all you have done for me and others.................Tina

What a Joke Everyone in Norman knows this is one of Hunter Millers old Propertys and alittle more then a year or so ago was bought by Sean Harshaw another rasist peace of shit that dosent care one bit about tenants nor does his mother Margie Harshaw that is trying to now run the the propertys and has no idea what the hell she is doing she is actually trying to call herself a property managment company without a biz Lic, Syd was the manager and did a prety good job trying his best to take ove a complex full of drug adicts and just all round bad people Syd was evicting the bad ones and trying to get the place under control when he just couldnt take it anymore when people where complaining about Bed bugs and roaches so bad the went to the Owner Sean Harshaw and ryed to get companys in to handel the problems and they said NO!! that the bugs would go dorment soon, Syd worked through the murder that happend there Syd was doing a great Job with what he had to work with I wouldnt blam Syd for anything hes a great Manager and cares and he is now managing 8 bldgs as a Manager for OU and we are over here now also and everything is great I wouldnt Rent from Sean Harshaw, Margie Harshaw, or even Hunter Miller for that fact, if anyone wants to checks this here get it straight from the owners mouthes Margie Harshaw's # 405)556-1800 and Sean Harshaw's # 405)313-9309 and by the way they think all blacks are Niggers!! and Margie claims to be a Christian but she a Faudge this bitchke to the fullest God will judge this bitch and trust me she wont make it in for sure anyway good luck with your serch but stay away from Dutch Hollow yhings happent to bad people.....
