Apartment Review for Elite Properties Saratoga Springs

Since I've lived here, the water has been shut off for several hours nearly every week for "plumbing maintenance." No workmanship went into the apartment itself, either -- the walls and ceiling are so thin that I can hear my neighbors' casual conversation and walking noises on a regular basis. Glue comes up from between the tiles in my kitchen, and I have to scrub it off every couple of weeks.

This is far and away the worst place I've lived in several years. Brentwood costs roughly the same and is much better (even though it's managed by the same company. Strange.) Give Saratoga Springs a miss.
