Review for Sooner Traditions Realty Apartments

We found the house we are renting in the paper in November of 2005. Our lease wasn't up until December 31st in our apartment, but Sooner Traditions offered to let us begin moving in the second week of December although our lease didn't officially start until January 1. They've been out to fix our air, to fix our toliet, etc. They always send someone out within a very reasonable amount of time. When our heater had a gas leak (thank God for CO detectors!), they had it replaced by the next day. And even brought out space heaters because they couldn't get someone out the night before. Our neighbors are mostly retired people, which is perfect since we didn't want to be living in a college part of town. We've never had a problem with the staff or getting a hold of someone when we need to. They have always been friendly and helpful. I hate that other people have had negative experiences, because ours has really been terrific!
