Review for Sooner Traditions Realty Apartments

My ceiling developed a leak after the December Ice Storms and it was not until May that they came to repair the roof. My ceiling still has a hole in it! the floorboards along the carpet are loose some come right off. Only one of the cable outlets work and none of the phone outlets. My heating and cooling bills are insane because there is virtually no weather proofing not to mention the unit looks like it's from the 1970's when the place was built! I'm leaving when my lease is up!!!
Just because I'm a broke student does not mean I should put up with this.
