Review for Aspen Place Apartments

Our unit has a fantastic layout and would be perfect except the maintenance crew is horrendous. We have had them out multiple times to fix multiple different problems such as an A/C unit that does not function properly, flooding during heavy rain, and toilet backups after every rain. The management and the maintenance are not the best in the business simply because they do not seem to take your work orders seriously.

Also, the units are poorly insulated and have high energy costs associated with them. The apartments are reasonably priced for the amount of space that you receive, yet you pay much of that money in energy costs.
