Review for Boardwalk Apartments

They were very friendly until I had moved in, then everything changed. The office staff was very rude to me anytime I had a complaint for her. Had sexual harassment issues with her groundskeeper she would not fix (she said "oh no dont you go there", he later got fired but for a different reason. I could hear everyone in their apartments constantly:Radio, yelling, i had to leave my apartment twice to get away from the noise because they refused to fix the problem. I had left the lock on my patio down one time, the one time i did, i had come home from work and my patio door(on the second floor) was slightly open i notified the manager she said "what do you want me to do". They don't keep up with their pool it was greenish all summer. this is very IMPORTANT... I had found BLACK MOLD in my water heater closet, the management told me it wasnt i had it tested there were 5 different types of mold in that closet two of them were TOXIC!!! they refused to fix the problem up to government regulations, would not let me have another apartment, or break the lease for free. It's not worth the money. my health would be in better conditions if i lived in a ditch.
