Maint. is VERY SLOW to reposnd.
Have had flooding from plumbing system and leaking roof, more than 3 times in four months!!!
Come on, get the upkeep moving!!!
Very porr maint. system. hard to find an open (working) washer and dryer), poor building maint.
But, has a great family friendly park with a small lake as part of the hcomplex.
