Review for Chapelridge Apartments

This place is terrible. Not only is the side of the apartment falling off, but the insulation is about to as well. My husband and I have been here since May, and it has only gotten worse. After a really bad rain storm, we came home and saw the siding laying on the ground. Other pieces were hanging on by thread. We thought it would be fixed in a week or two, but we were wrong. 3 months later, it is still not fixed. One piece was hanging on for at least 5 weeks before it fell off, and we could hear it knocking the side of the building all times of the day/night. As if that is the only bad part... There is trash, food, and cigarette butts lying all over the grass and parking lot. Kids are running up and down the sidewalk by themselves with no parent supervision.

To make matters even worse... There are several motorcycles that go up and down the street all hours of the night. As soon as they hit 48th street, they go as fast and as loud as they possibly can. They have no respect or consideration to anyone around them. It is getting absolutely ridiculous, and we are at our wits end.
