Lets See I have lived here for 1 yr and am continuing to live here with my wife until we can afford to buy a house. The problem starts with my neighbor to my left he has a broken down car that is parked in a prime #1 parking spot. Secondly if you get off after 4:15 you have top park across the way from your apartment. We just went thru the second summer of being here and out of 6 months of pool time my wife and I have only used it once because it was the only time I felt safe in doing so it was at 6:30 am in the morning outside of the time your supposed to use it and there was no one there. It is loud there is a biker gang that likes to visit our apartment at 10pm and leave at 1 or 2 am in loud fashion not to mention all of the thugs who park there cars on the street and blare there music that literally shakes the windows. Speaking of windows the walls are thin and not very well insulated if it hotter than 80 degrees outside which itis often enough, but the air conditioner is not powerful enough to cool down even one room with all the vents closed, many a time via my indoor and outdoor thermostat that it is often hotter inside than out. BTW has anyone actually made mention that the apartment complex back ends to tinker air force base which harbors the majority of AWAX (Very large planes with radars on the top.) These planes are very loud during the evenings and sometimes depending on the rotation into the night. I would have moved out a long time ago but have not had the opportunity because of money. If you are going to move here make sure you get an apartment high and in between another apartment to cut down on the sun glaring into your apartment. Oh make sure to get renters insurance as well, who knows you might come home one day and not have any stuff. I HOPE ALL GOES BETTER FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE
