Review for Cherry Hill Apartments

this is the worst place to live. roaches and other bugs, mold everywhere, management is ignorant and ignores your every call. loud constant annoying bass from cars being blared at 2 am. dishwasher and other appliances are in horrible condition. maintenance are rude, dont care about anything and ignore you and dont know how to fix anything. other tenants are rude, loud, and are constantly getting the cops called out here. they dont know how to park. you get stared down just driving though. the dumpsters hardly get emptied causing a horrid stench all over the place.

the dumpsters dont get emptied because the owner, Anil is a tight ass and wont pay the city. And every manager within the last 3 years has been uneducated and stupid. My roomate used to be the manager and she didnt finish high school nor did she hardly ever bother to show up for work. so yeah those apts are shit.. but Raleigh square (across the street) is so much better for the same price.
