Review for Concorde Apartments

This apartment complex recently sold to an investor and his group for 4.4 million dollar. In a recent articcle a representative said the place was in such GOOD REPAIR not much had to be done.

Boy was he the Village Idiot, the place is in dire need of fix up from the front to back. Most windows don't have screen, alot of them are broken out. There has been atleast three apartments burned up, still sitting just like they had burned to the ground yesterday. Dog Feces litter the entire grounds, Dogs living here are the size of Cattle, NO ONE cleans up or picks up after these animals.

Prostitutes work the front parking lot day and night, Crack and other illegal drugs are sold in broad daylight. NOT one washer or dryer works in the "Laundry Care" Center, which has walls covered with Grafitti, Cars are broken into nightly, Gunfire and domestic abuse is reported to the Police on a daily basis....The Management Co...could give a dam too!.

Request for maintenance falls on deaf ears, one guy tries to fix it the best he can...but they don't have $$$ to pay for the parts he needs to fix anything...always promises, promises promises. Tomorrow....plus NO such thing as being cool or warm...1

You are advised to check this place carefully and if you are OK with living among, beggars, thieves, prostitutes, crack heads, this is just right for you...It takes Section 8, and thats OK...most of the people on housing HATE living here the most.
