Review for Crosswinds Apartments

If you plan to move onto the W side of May Ave, make sure you lease on the W side of the complex (closer to the laundry the better) because there is horrible nightclub noise near NW 59 & May every Friday & Saturday night. Also, watch out for apartment & business dumpsters... They drop the CityBites dumpsters from a height of about 5-6 feet at 5 a.m. in the morning. Several apts. are right up against the CityBites parking lot, which also does double duty as nightclub parking with loud music & bass rumbling from car mega speakers. Otherwise the grounds and apartments are well maintained and the office staff is friendly. It's a good place for pet lovers, as cats & dogs are allowed with "pet rent." Space wise you're paying a lot for a little but the location on May is near many things like fast food and Barnes & Noble.
