I have lived in this apartment for six months and I have been lied to by the management and have had to put up with a bunch of problems. I reported a leak in the apartment that i lived in and was informed that it was fixed, then the ceiling in my bathroom caved in. I have had to deal with roaches that the managers said they were spraying for, but I never had any evidence of that and the problem never went away. I transferred to another apartment and was told that the building had no insect problems, then I discovered that the yard outside was covered in waterbugs, my kids had bugs in there beds and their toys, managers are not flexible. They won't let me transfer to another property and they won't release me from my lease. They really don't care about their tenants, just their paycheck.
