Review for Legacy At Arts Quarter Apartments

I have lived her since the complex has opened. I have lived downtown for the past three years and have come to accept the fact that parking is very limited. The young lady who leased the apartment to me was very clear about the garage parking. I like the fact there is a private parking garage with assigned parking next to my apartment.
As for the first review... I am confused. Do they not want to have assigned parking and end up on the other side of the complex when they come home to park or come home to a full garage because of their neighbors "dinner party".
