Review for Mayridge Apartment

Run while you still can! The manager is a thief who likes to take peoples application fees and pocket them and is very unprofessional. She said everything looked good on her end and then 3 days later she tells us that we were not accepted. She led us to believe that we would have no problems getting the apartment only to deny us several days later. Very unprofessional and the apartment that she showed us had no light fixtures on any of the lights, the carpet was dirty and the toilet and bathroom sink did not match. I wasn't impressed at all and we have since found a much better classier apartment with many amenities so I am glad that we were denied. In my opinion the place needs alot of TLC because it looks like a cheap motel. The people who lived there looked like section 8 class but judging from the outside landscaping and building, that is all who would want to live there. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
