Review for Meadowbrook Apartments

Pro's: Nice appearing exterior, maintainance is done fairly quickly upon request, haven't had any problems with crime. One of the laundry rooms has a double loader washer & dryer. Generally quiet after midnight, but usually a booming car or two out in the parking lot during the day and evening. One of the most tolerant pet policies that I've found. Seems to be a mostly middle class residency, not ghetto anyway.

Con's: Sex offender lives 2 buildings down from me, laundry room is usually filthy (the one with the dbl loaders), and usually smells of sewer, pest control never gives 24 hour notice and it's done on a Saturday. Only one entrance usually because the other one is gated and its usually locked. My bathroom sink often emits a sewerish odor, have to pour bleach down it fairly often. The pool in the summer is open haphazardly, no set schedule.

UPDATE: They just installed new washers and dryers.
