Review for Rockwell Plaza Apartments

My lease will be up soon and I am moving. This place has gone downhill since this summer. The worst aspect is the management...it does not exist. Break-ins are common; there's no security; drugs are all over the place (you can find bags of marijuana in the parking lot). There's dog crap all over the place; rebar sticking up out of the ground. The apartments are in serious need of maintenance and repairs. The swimming pools are in very serious need of repairs. The washers and dryers hardly ever work properly. There is one positive thing about the apartments...the neighbors are nice...the ones who aren't breaking-in that is. Don't Rent Here!!!
