Review for Rockwell Plaza Apartments

Parking lot always filthy. People don't know what a speed limit is or how to park. You don't have to turn on your radio, just listen to the bass coming from another apartment. Management is a joke. Security, HA. Storage break ins, tires being slashed, drunk drivers running into cars. If you haven't figured it out, you don't wanna live here. Oh, did I mention the dope dealer in my building??
