Review for Quail Lakes Apartments

It's a pretty good apartment complex. We have noisy upstairs neighbors who play loud rap music. Management said it's our problem and won't help. Service/Maintenance was excellent until recent management change. Now I have to call in a work order at least twice to get them to fulfill the request. The maintenance staff is pretty good though.

I really dislike the new management. They are unhelpful and really don't care if you have a problem or not.
