Review for Rif Apartments

Not bad considering there is a high crime rate for the area.
Grounds are clean and kept up.
Inside the apartments they are nice and well kept.
Neighbors are starting to get louder inside the apartments and outside walking by as lower class people are starting to move in due to all of the tacky advertising and management change.
Maintenance is quick to acknowledge the problem but wait for weeks to actually fix it. Example: Friend has had a water leak in the kitchen for a month and now there is mold with the dripping water but maintenance still puts it off.
Parking is nice because it is assigned but usually two to three nights out of the week someone will be in your spot and the office will not do anything about it. A tow company will not come either because they are afraid that they will have to pay for it if the office doesnt sign for it. It's worth living there due to the low payment on rent, the free cable with HBO, assigned parking, and no bills accept electric to pay but I still left with wanting a better place.
