Review for Rockwell Plaza Apartments

I have lived here for almost 6 months and I do not like it here. I am always jolted out of bed every night by loud,thumping music from car stereos,loud talking outside,people speeding. People here do not know what a trash dumpster is. Cars in need of repair in the lot that haven't moved in months.. Outdated tags on vehicles. Drug dealers,Gang members. This is not a place for Children to live. The office closes and noone answers the office phone after hours for complaints or problems. There is no noise ordinance in affect here. The office staff is rude and they don't care about you or your problems. The property is in need of repair and painting,trash needs to be picked up,parking lot powerwashed,dog poop picked up,swimming pools in need of repair,windows need screens on them. This is the worst complex I have ever lived in. I hope it gets cleaned up and gets better management because they suck................ There is no security here either. The lighting is bad but at least they got og&e out to fix the lights along the fence. The wooden fences in the front need to be fixed and the ones in the back need fixing because people cut through to go to the shopping center and that causes burgulars etc. I don't feel safe here. I don't know anyone that lives in this complex because they are unfriendly and rude. They are supposed to spray for bugs here but I never see it, I see spiders all the time in my apartment and one bit me,moisquitoes are a big problem outside. Big ferral cat problem......... Spay and neuter your outdoor abandoned animals.
