There is good cause why these are one of the cheapest places to live in Okc. Because they are very cheap. Only section 8 or those that would qualify live here. The best way to describe the swimming pools are pond scum. They only keep the pool outside the office clean (in the summer) to show new tenants. The back pool is very slimy green. There is a weight room which is never unlocked. More than half of the washers/cryers are broken. For at least eight months managment has been posting bulletins that new ones are on order. There is NO supervision of children, they attack each other at will. The parents are so irresponsible don't expect any response from the parents or apartment staff. The best thing about living here is the Mail service is very outstanding. When you move in expect dirty unkept dwelling and mold is very probably thick in your apartment. Maintenance is nonexistent. If they show up expect shoddy workmanship. Appliance are old and there are water leaks all over.
