Review for Rockwell Plaza Apartments

Management changes weekly, if not daily. The parking lot needs to be repainted. The kids that live here need to learn respect to people and property. Half the dead trees need to be cut down. The windows in the apartments need to be updated and have screens put in. The pools just need to be tore out and redone. You can't even get in the workout room. The outdoor lighting is a joke. If you change the bulbs they do work. The doors to the apartments need to be replaced, along with the locks. The storage area doors need to be replaced. The air conditioners need to be replaced. Speed bumps need to be put in. Drivers need to realize its a parking lot, not a speed way. The laundry facilities need to be remodeled and updated. Security needs to.. What security'' Other than that the apartment layouts are great, as long as you like small places. The moral of the story.. if it weren't for the low rent, I would move!!
