Do not move here. The office staff sucks. If you complain about someone other than your race you are a racist. The maintenance man is a drug/alcohol addict. The grounds are in a serious need of repair. Your children are not allowed to play in fear of someone complaining about them being to loud. Nothing ever gets fixed unless you are a petite single blonde. There is numerous drug addicts in the complex that management has been told about, but, nothing gets done to them because of managements fear of a law suit.
