Its hard to know where to begin. This apartment complex is run down in so many ways. The laundromat has out of order units that have pretty much been that way for some time. As for the apartments themselves, they are not well insulated. When it's winter, you can sit by the window for a steady stream of cold air coming in. Often people will come walking back through the apartment complex after the bars close at 3am, since there is a bar within walking distance. The people that are leaving the bar often leave with their stereo turned up, or they leave at top speed so you can hear them screeching their tires. The carpets in some apartments have gum from the previous tenants waiting to be discovered. The ceiling fans in some units wobble ominously when switched on. The electrical sockets in some apartments require the plug to be sitting a certain way for them to work. Also, major appliances may not be fixed for several weeks after reported to the management.
